- Tuesday, November 4, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.,
- Wednesday, November 5, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The badge is valid for the entire duration of the event.
There are several categories of badges (exhibitor, visitor, press, etc.). The access granted for each of them varies depending on the type of badge. If you are an exhibitor, we invite you to register exclusively via your dedicated space to be able to access the show earlier.
It is possible that registration confirmation emails may end up in your spam messages. If after checking this is not the case, please contact us. Please note that your badge will be available only 15 days before the event. You will receive an email notification.
When you start downloading your ticket, it is generated and displayed in a new window. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups and has software that can read PDF files. If you are unable to print it, you can ask a host or hostess to do so at the show entrance providing your name and ticket reference.
Please keep the pdf of your electronic badge accessible on your phone, as you will be asked for it at the first access control before the show entrance.
You must first order your badge to have access to the visa invitation letter. It is from your registration confirmation message that you can then click on the VISA request and obtain your letter of invitation to take to the French Embassy of the country of which you are a national.
Some requests can take a long time, so it's important to allow plenty of time and to register early.
An email will be sent to you by RX France following your registration as soon as the exhibitor portal opens in May 2025. This email includes the connection link and instructions.
